OneAlbum Support
OneAlbum combines multiple memorable photos into a single album image. Pick an output size preset (L-size / 2L-size / Square), and OneAlbum lays out the selected photos to fit, stamping each with its capture date. Print it, paste it in an album, or share it on social media — your call.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where are the album images I create with OneAlbum saved?
Generated album images are saved to your device's Photos app (Photo Library). OneAlbum has no proprietary cloud storage, so your images are never sent to any external server.
I accidentally denied Photo Library access. How do I re-enable it?
Go to iOS Settings > OneAlbum > Photos and change the access setting. Pick either "All Photos" or "Limited Access."
Can I mix landscape and portrait photos in a single album?
Yes. OneAlbum automatically detects each photo's orientation and lays them out to fit your chosen output size. You can also fine-tune orientation per photo from the detail edit screen.
How can I hide or edit the date text overlay?
Tap any photo cell to open the detail edit screen, where you can toggle the date text on/off or edit it directly.
Which iOS versions are supported?
OneAlbum supports iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Is the app free? Are there ads?
OneAlbum is completely free. There are no in-app ads and no in-app purchases.
Are my photos sent anywhere?
No. OneAlbum performs all processing on your device. Photo data and metadata (such as capture dates) are never transmitted to us or to any third party. See the privacy policy for details.
